REDEFINING SOUL FOOD:
Politics And Pleasures Of Food & Eating In Black Communities
Eco-chef and activist Bryant Terry to discuss his recently
published cookbook: Vegan Soul Kitchen. A light vegan lunch,
inspired by Terry’s recipes, will be served. Free and open to
students, faculty, staff and the general public. Copies of Terry’s
books will be available for purchase and signing by the author.
